Great Canadian Water Company Ltd Privacy Commitment: Great Canadian Water Company Ltd  (henceforth also referred to as “GCW”) recognizes its customer’s interest in the privacy and confidentiality of their beverage recipes and formulas and packaging and labelling designs (collectively “Formulas and Designs”). GCW is committed to working with its customers to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of their Formulas and Designs. Throughout the term of its business relationship with each of its customers, and at all times thereafter, GCW will take all reasonable steps to keep each of its customer’s Formulas and Designs private and confidential from its other customers. GCW will endeavour to:(a) institute and maintain up to date security protocols and procedures to protect documentary and electronic copies of information regarding customers’ formulas and designs;(b) limit access to such information to GCW’s directors and those of our officers, employees and business partners who need such access in the usual performance of their duties and roles; and(c) require each of GCW’s directors, officers, employees and business partners to safeguard such information during his, her or its business or employment relationship with GCW, and deliver all such information in his, her or its possession to GCW on termination of such business or employment relationship.  GCW will not be responsible for the privacy or confidentiality of any such information after it becomes generally known in the industry or to the general public under circumstances involving no breach of this Privacy Commitment by GCW, if and to the extent GCW is required to disclose it by a court of competent jurisdiction or a governmental authority having jurisdiction, or if GCW reasonably determines disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to the health or physical safety of any person. On any modification of the terms of this Privacy Commitment, GCW will post the modification on its website and notify its then current customers of the modification.
